Today our students attend the annual NJ TSA Conference in TCNJ and competed in multiple competitions!

Unfortunately our students were eliminated today from Monroe Township’s VEX robotics competition but they will come back stronger next time!!

Today our students made custom pens using wood and were able to make their own design using laser engraving!

Our TSA officers went to TCNJ to attend the state conference and participated in a World Cup themed challenge of making a soccer player that can kick a ball! Also they learned many things from the state officers such as how to advertise and run the club effectively!

Today our students made launchers for turkeys and see how far they can make them fly!

On the last day students visited Commvault and learned how their databases and applications help others around the world.

Day 5 started with a guest speaker, Pete Lauria, talking about AI in the field of business. Students also made rockets and launched them. Finally, ending the the day with writing letters to their future selves.

Day 4: Students explored the NJIT campus and learned about the college lifestyle and the many opportunities offered in the school

Day 3 : Students took a day of service volunteering at Wayside Park, cleaning up litter and weeding the playground!

Day 2: The SOT went on a trip to InfoAge Science Center and learned about how technology back then helped create the technology today!
