I have two transactions that have been sitting in a hold status for 11 days? I am told when contacting support to be patient. 11 days is unreasonable. People should know this before signing up with EIinstein. You have my money and I cannot do anything about it.

Thanks Xplornet for providing a support #. I have called and been told there is nothing that can be done to improve my service although it had worked perfectly in the past.
