Dear @RaenestApp, I received funds for a transaction that should have been done yesterday. But, aside an unusually high fee been deducted, I am currently unable to withdraw from my account. There also seems to be no option to create a new request or contact support directly.

I paid @airtelnigeriacr for subscription today. Now they're apologising that their it is being worked on yet my subscription days keep counting. That's scam-like if they don't refund or pause subscriptios.
