Libertarians: "We believe in everyone being allowed their different opinions on things, just don't initiate violence."
Christians: "Pin-up calendars that are just wanking material for men isn't conservative and shouldn't be called such."
Libertarians: "SHUT UP, PRUDE!"
@LizzieMarbach@Meldougherty77@jakemmccleary Historical Christian teachings are found in the Church founded by Christ. Your man made traditions are inventions by men pulling Scripture out of its context and inventing interpretations of it.
@LizzieMarbach@Meldougherty77@jakemmccleary Lizzie, this is literally you too. "I reject historical Christian teachings. I reject the Church Christ founded as apostate. I import teachings that either never existed or were condemned as heresy. But I self identify as Christian so therefore I'm Christian!"
@JayDyer Looking forward to it, but if all the arguments against it and simply looking to see the complete anarchy Sola Scriptura has produced hasn't already killed it, the Protestants will still stick their fingers in their ears and ignore this too and just double down on the nonsense.
@JayDyer The most hilarious part about this sudden surge in Mormon talk on here is that almost every argument Prots are using to say Mormons aren't Christian applies directly to themselves as well. And just like the Mormons, they clutch their pearls when it's pointed out to them.
@IchimokuSatoshi@LizzieMarbach Correct. Like the trannies, Lizzie thinks she can deny beliefs that every Christian held to in the first several centuries, believe things no one prior to the Protestant Revolution believed, and because she self identifies as Christian, that somehow makes her one.
“Essentially, Protestantism is nothing other than a generally applied papism. For in Protestantism, the fundamental principle of papism is brought to life by each man individually. After the example of the infallible man in Rome, each Protestant is a cloned infallible man, because he pretends to personal infallibility in matters of faith. It can be said: Protestantism is a vulgarized papism, only stripped of mystery (i.e., sacramentality), authority and power.”
St. Justin Popović
@Alex_Ortodoxie@LizzieMarbach Dear Lord, she censored the "o" in God like the Jews do. Protestantism really loves the judaizing heresy. Also this is incredibly silly. I've never understood how people think the phrase "oh my God" is taking the Lord's name in vain.
@kelseygkov@MDnightMarawder@LizzieMarbach Most of these people are Calvinists, so they don't think she had a choice. Everyone is just a biological robot following the preprogrammed script God put into them with no ability to do otherwise.
@Rach4Patriarchy When you are your own pope, you don't have to care about what anyone before you thought. "They were still infected with Rome's errors! But WE NOW KNOW better!"
@Nicholai_Korea They won't release a new Stargate that doesn't subvert and destroy it like what they did with Star Wars, Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, etc.
@Bas3dPhilosophy It's proof of what we already knew. Franchises we used to love in the past can only be brought back if it's going to destroy and subvert what made them loved in the first place. Any Stargate revival that actually gets released will be sure to piss on the series' legacy.
@EthanWayne2001 You're gonna go the Joshua Schooping route. Finish seminary and then shop around for a bishop who is unaware of your liberalism who will ordain you, and then after a few years apostatize completely.
