We're ranked 86th in the world in the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2024, which assesses universities around the world for their performance against the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This places us among the top 5% of the nearly 2,000 universities featured in the rankings.
We rank in the top 100 globally for six of the 17 SDGs:
- Clean water and sanitation (SDG 6) – ranked 69
- Decent work and economic growth (SDG 8) – ranked 44
- Reduced inequalities (SDG 10) – ranked 31
- Sustainable cities and communities (SDG 11) – ranked 32

We wrapped up our conference with four informative workshops that focused on frailty, policy implementation, accumulated grief and trauma informed care facilitated by guest speakers: Professor Caroline Nicholson, Amanda Holland, Jess Foster and Nikki Pitman 👏
