@NodeSwiss@adam3us Na, from my understanding, it is trivial to run 24 words through a script and brute force to find the correct order.
12 words from the word list is more difficult to crack than the native Bitcoin encryption.
So 12 words is enough.
The root cause for violence is governmentS stealing from each other. How? By adjusting their local money ledgers to benefit themselves at the expense of everyone else. When dealing with paper value units, short-term interests of retribution dominate collective long-term incentives of growth. Frictionless retribution via violence is easily paid for with fiat debasement (hidden tax) as opposed to in-your-face, pay me right now, tax.
So how do you stop this? Change the money! Buy #Bitcoin. Hold Bitcoin. *Hold the keys to your Bitcoin* and get it off exchanges. Force the world to play YOUR game. Defund violence by taking their monetary energy away.
@trippytaka2 Yes as long as we have to expend one type of energy to create the needed energy and all the parties involved agree that the unit used is a money then yes it’s a future claim. That’s why desire and hoard for use fundamentally as a type of insurance against uncertainty.
@maanmieli I’ve read your work, you explain things well.
Imo, I feel your time would be better spent expounding the facts rather than debunking the myths.
Theory being the factual based education would do more benefit than the amount of harm caused by “silly Bitcoin myths”.
@maanmieli@stephanlivera Showed them how to convert all their shitcoins to Bitcoin.
Showed them a self custody app/wallet and how to back it up.
Showed them how to withdraw to a wallet address.
Sent them 10 sats & explained the difference between bitcoin tx / lightning tx like Bank transfer / debit card
@maanmieli@njelsalvador I think it’s honest to say that Bitcoin is memetic energy.
Bitcoin is a synthesis of ideas and there is a certain power to ideas.
This power exists in a different realm to physics based energy.
This is a power that exists in the philosophical realm of culture.
@josibake @callebtc@CashuBTC@lnbits I’m confused is this the same as fedi mints, in what way is it different?
And are tokens on fedi mint and cashu layer 3?
