@NLongTrieu We understand your concern about your MetaVault positions not showing. This could be a display issue or related to wallet connection. Can you DM us with:your wallet address, which network you’re connected to, and if you’ve tried disconnecting/reconnecting your wallet?
@360VirtualTous Yes, we’re aware some users are experiencing connection issues. Can you tell us more details: which device/browser are you using, what error message you’re seeing, and have you tried refreshing or clearing your cache? DM us and we’ll help troubleshoot right away.
@QR6Pzcqss1cmwHs It’s critical we verify if this was a phishing/fake site issue or something else. Please follow us back so we can reach you directly and work through this.
@QR6Pzcqss1cmwHs We’re sorry to hear about your missing tokens. This is serious and we want to help investigate. Can you DM us immediately with: your wallet address, transaction hashes, and details about how you accessed the platform (URL, whether it was the official app)?
@emka250273 We’re sorry to hear about this. This sounds like a serious security incident involving a malicious contract approval. Please DM us immediately with your wallet address and full details of what happened. In the meantime, revoke all token approvals from that contract address in your wallet settings to prevent further drains. We’ll investigate the contract and help you explore recovery options. Please follow us back so we can reach you directly.
@KhushieFiji You’re in the right place for support. We’re here to keep this community safe for people like you, always verify who you’re speaking with, as impersonators do exist. We’ll never ask for your seed phrase or sensitive info. If you need help, we’ve got you.
Totally understand the concern, scams are everywhere. This is the official team account, and we’ll never request private keys or funds. Do not give out your seed phrase to nobody, anyone asking for your seed phrase is a scammer or bot. If you’re more comfortable, we can resolve everything right in your private message. We got your private messages. Happy to have you on board
Hey @KhushieFiji, great strategy thinking long term! For a large wFLR position, you can split it across multiple yield opportunities in the Flare ecosystem to avoid concentration risk while still maximising returns. Follow us back so we can DM you and help map out the best approach for your situation
@flabbywoofwoof We’re aware of the display issue showing $0 balances and are investigating. This is a UI bug, not a loss of funds, your assets are safe. We’re working on a fix now. DM us if you need immediate help.

@DotTimbo Looks like a filter issue, not an outage, the message says no rates match your current settings. Try switching to “All Networks” instead of “12 Networks,” adjust the liquidity sort, or refresh the app. If that doesn’t work, shoot us a DM and we can dig deeper into it.
@Poider1982 Head to https://t.co/Y9dcqfaRuL, connect your wallet, and check your Portfolio section, your YT (Yield Token) balance will show all the rewards accruing from your sFLR position.
@stevewyke That’s longer than expected, deposits usually show within minutes after confirmation.
If it’s been 10 hours, likely not a normal delay.
Check your tx status and try reconnecting your wallet.
If still not showing, send your tx hash via DM so we can take a look.
Andrew, that’s a completely fair point and we appreciate you raising it. From a retail perspective it can definitely feel like the assets disappeared when you move from FXRP to stXRP to PT XRP because each step places the tokens into a different contract and replaces them with a new representation. Your funds haven’t been lost and PT XRP now represents that position, but we understand the interface doesn’t always make that transition obvious. We’ll definitely take your perspective into account and look into how this can be made clearer for users going forward, because feedback like this is important for improving the overall experience.
@darwonboy Hey Andrew, good question. What you’re seeing is actually expected. When you mint FXRP and deposit it into Firelight, the protocol issues stXRP to your wallet as a receipt token. That stXRP represents your position in the vault, while the underlying FXRP is what’s actively deployed and earning points/yield on the Firelight dashboard. So nothing has disappeared, the stXRP is simply the tokenized representation of your deposited FXRP.
The assets haven’t disappeared, they’re simply locked in the Spectra contract managing the position, which is why it’s tracked there instead.
Everything remains fully on-chain and verifiable, so you can always confirm the position directly through the Spectra interface or the transaction history on the Flare explorer. Your funds are still tied to your wallet address, they’re just being represented inside the Spectra contract now.
