@OLX_India is making money by scamming people.

I payed ₹179 to post and Ad yesterday. The money was deducted but the ad didn’t go live. It kept on taking me again to the payment page. I talked to customer service, they asked me to wait as it might take some time to reflect.

It’s not about ₹179, it about the experience, the time lost and most importantly, the dissatisfaction you get instead of a resolution.

This got me thinking, is this how @OLX_India is making money by wasting its customers time and giving false excuses.

I simply asked her to correct the category, if that’s the problem, but she said that I can’t.

Next obvious thing was for me to ask for a refund. To which she again denied saying, “you already posted the ad yesterday, no matter if it’s live or not, it’s exhausted”.

The whole experience is in ruins. You keep the package and the money but improve this 🤌🏻
