Over the weekend we celebrated our 20th Anniversary!
20 years have flown by and we’re incredibly grateful to our amazing customers – some of whom I’m proud to say have been with us since the very start in 2004!

Scheduled maintenance: Tuesday (19th Sept) due to additional work required following last nights maintenance, there will be a further window this evening. We expect this to potentially cause 10-15 minutes of downtime for customers on Servers 2 and 4 between 18:00 and 21:00 BST

Scheduled maintenance: Monday (18th Sept) a further network switch is due to be replaced with newer hardware. We expect this to cause 10-15 minutes of downtime for customers on Servers 2 and 4 between 19:00 and 22:00 BST while carried out and devices unplugged/replaced.

Scheduled maintenance: This Wednesday (6th Sept) the network switches in our rack cabinets will be replaced with newer hardware. We expect this to cause 10-15 minutes of downtime between 17:00 and 21:00 BST while carried out and devices unplugged/replaced.

We are currently experiencing high load on Spectulise Server 1 which is affecting sites operating on this server. It is currently under investigation and we hope to bring things back to normal shortly.
