This is outrageous @GameIdentityV ; you’re asking me for proof of ownership by demanding a receipt from 6 YEARS AGO!!
I gave your agent a lot of information, including other receipts, as a way of confirming ownership AND THEY CLOSED MY TICKET.
@derosskreiburg@GameIdentityV I’m going insane. I have a receipt dated just 2 days after and a thousand more in recent years yet I’m being doubted by support even though that account is still linked to my X and all of this shouldn’t even be happening. It’s all absurd.
