US gov need to take social security funds or create a version of a sovereign wealth fund. Get @RayDalio or a top fund manager with years of experience (Buffet/Munger like) to invest this money. Gains go to pay down national debt and fund shortfalls in social security. Also can be used to support Medicaid/Medicare. Something needs ti be done to inc (+) CF because what we’re doing now is not working.
