In 2016 Vanity passed. Her story was pretty amazing how she found Jesus&was born again. When she died Prince came to Oakland for her funeral. He decided to do an impromptu concert &that morning they announced it on the radio on my way to work. My daughter Lauren @maxwabam & I are obsessed with Prince so when I got to work I immediately got online to get tickets. I lucked out&got them. That was Lauren’s Sweet 16 present. It was an absolutely incredible concert&was 6 weeks before he passed. Those tickets were expensive but oh so priceless. Never miss an opportunity to treat yourself to something that speaks to your heart 💜 To say we were devastated when he died is an understatement. He was such an incredible talent gone to soon&ironically due to fentanyl 💔
