@newlook terrible customer service from your Crawley store, apparently the manager is too busy to call me back all this week, suggestion is I try again tomorrow..even though she was meant to call me last Monday. Is this acceptable when you owe me a £70 refund?

Happened..told I would have to leave the items and see if the money comes back! Obviously sad daughter. So I left and called a week later to say the money has definitely gone out and not come back. Promised Manager would call on Monday..no call. I call today to be told manager ..

@NewLookHelp @newlook In store I noticed all 3 had gone through on samsung pay app, so I checked online banking HSBC and all 3 showing as pending..even called the bank and was told all 3 were authorised..I let the store manage speak to my bank to confirm. Lots of waiting at the checkout whilst nothing

@NewLookHelp @newlook Went into you store on 18th Sept with my daughter for a treat because she has just started secondary school. Tried to pay via Samsung pay and it failed, asked to try again, it was cancelled, tried a 3rd time, same issue. Was invited to try a forth time...I declined.
