@ReostiJ I think the child should go wherever it’s best for child as the first priority. Everything else is secondary imo

[Spenc @Spencer_321]

@ReostiJ Nah I don’t care enough that’s too much work

[Spenc @Spencer_321]

@ReostiJ Idk what this paragraph means imma be honest

[Spenc @Spencer_321]

@ReostiJ So you’re okay if the child is forced to stay in a worse home just so they’re apart of the tribe? I can’t agree with ur logic

[Spenc @Spencer_321]

@ReostiJ I think he’s trying to raise the point that this independent tribal committee puts the tribe over the individual,and that that’s a bad thing. I agree with this premise if I’m interpreting it correctly.

[Spenc @Spencer_321]

@ReostiJ Well then the law should be changed to allow exceptions in these extreme cases.

[Spenc @Spencer_321]

@ReostiJ Like you can’t it’s good cuz it’s legal, that shouldn’t matter.

[Spenc @Spencer_321]

@ReostiJ I think tribes should be protected but if the child would have a better home (non abusive, or just better in any other way) the gov should do what’s best for them. If the law is a bad law it shouldn’t be a law.
