A major concern that was brought up was the language barrier, especially with the elderly, and not having access, transportation or enough programs to teach them English as a second language.
And they noted that sometimes it is hard to find after-school/summer programs due to:
-Affordablility
-Transportation
-Age Requirements
-Capacity Limits

-More Childcare facilities
-Evening & Weekend Care
-More Educational Childcare programs
-Faster Access
