Update 11/3/25: Water pressures in the system have returned to normal. If you experience discolored water, run your cold tap for about 10–15 minutes. For questions or to report other service issues, please contact the Commission at 413-310-3501.
Customers may still experience lower than normal pressures for the next few hours. Please only call to report water/sewer emergencies. Thank you for your patience as we continue to work to resolve this issue.
Update 11/3/25: A drop in water pressure in Ludlow and portions of Springfield occurred at approximately 5:40 AM. Pressure was restored by SWSC crews at approximately 6:30 AM.
Weds 10/29 – on behalf of SWSC, Baltazar will work overnight, 8PM-7AM to repair pipes on Boston Rd near Biddle & Hatch St’s.
One lane of traffic will be closed & managed with signs & police details.
