[Miss Stanley 🧸 @MissStanley19]

Year 6 had an amazing, hands-on wind workshop! By testing windmill blades and designing turbines that generate electricity, they put their scientific thinking into action. Huge thank you to @SphereScience and Sarah for an inspiring session 💨💡@Outer_Dowsing #REACH #WygateWay

[Capenhurst CE PS @CapenhurstCEPS]

Class 4 had a great time this afternoon trying to separate substances using different methods, during a science workshop run by Urenco. We learnt about how scientists separate uranium and trialled different methods ourselves. We are now all budding scientists!

[Rossmore School @rossmore_school]

This afternoon Year 5 took part in a Science workshop investigating how to ‘sort things’. They had a brilliant time and learnt lots of ways to sort materials! 🥼🧪🧫@SphereScience @urencoglobal

[St Clare's Chester @StClaresCP]

Year 5 enjoyed their Science workshop yesterday morning, learning all about separating mixtures and centrifuges 🧪 🧫 @urencoglobal @SphereScience

[StMary of the Angels @StMary_ofAngels]

Year 5 had a brilliant afternoon learning about how @urencoglobal separate particles to provide nuclear energy. Sarah helped lead us through several investigations to get a better understanding of the scientific processes involved @SphereScience #SMOTAScience #SMOTAEnrichment

[Lache Primary School @lacheprimary]

Year 5 and The Willows had a great time during the URENCO science workshop today.

[Lache Primary School @lacheprimary]

Year 5 and The Willows URENCO workshop today.

[Kingsway Primary Year 5 @KingswayYear5]

Team 5 had a wonderful, engaging science workshop this morning from Urenco. @urencoglobal @SphereScience

[Ysgol Derwenfa @YsgolDerwenfa]

Thank you Sarah from Urenco who delivered a fantastic sorting things Science workshop today. We learnt about the enrichment process they to help generate electricity! The children loved all the different experiments! @urencoglobal @RichieUrenco @SphereScience ☢️ 🧪👩‍🔬

[Ysgol Derwenfa @YsgolDerwenfa]

Year 5&6 have an exciting morning ahead of them with a Science workshop delivered by Sarah from @urencoglobal @SphereScience 🧪👩‍🔬

[Amanda Edmonds Lambert @amanda_edmonds]

@heygarthyear5 @urencoglobal @SphereScience Harry loved this, told me all about it when he came home 👍

[St Clare's Chester @StClaresCP]

Antarctica enjoyed a fabulous Science Workshop with Urenco this morning. We learned all about how they separate the uranium and took part in many different investigations that involved separation techniques.

[Hoole Church of England Primary School @HooleCEPrimary]

Team 5 had a brilliant day with Sarah from @spherescience who provided a detailed Science workshop on behalf of Urenco. The children learnt sieving, indicators, chromatography, centrifuge and even magnetism. Sarah has inspired the children to strive for a career in STEAM.#BSW24

[Mr. Millington @MrMillington_WS]

Year 5s from @class5_6F and @Class5_6M have been doing the "Sorting Things" workshop from @SphereScience and @urencoglobal

[WIlliamStockton @school_ws]

Sarah from Urenco came to work with Year 5/6. We looked at separating materials and testing for acids, alkalis and neutral chemicals.

[DeePointTitania @DeePointTitania]

A superb talk today from @SphereScience showing us ways in which we can separate mixtures. A brilliant morning of hands on science. @urencoglobal @DeePointPrimary

[Grange Infants @Grange_Infants]

Year 2 had another busy week with a 'Magnets & Materials' workshop, becoming scientists and investigating how a magnet moved a pipe cleaner through a maze. We examined spoons made from different materials, discussed their properties, predicted which were magnetic & tested them.
