This landmark decision represents a significant step in protecting marine mammals and recognizing the intelligence and rights of these remarkable beings.

The Mexican Chamber of Deputies unanimously approved an amendment to the General Wildlife Law last year, banning the use of marine mammals, including Dolphins, Sea Lions, and Orcas, in captive entertainment, such as fixed or traveling shows.
