@MrJulianR1 Imperials went for quantity over quality a lot of the time with their forces, and the ghost crew was one of the more skilled (if not the most) teams in the rebel alliance at the time. Wouldn't be too hard for them to identify opportunities to steal.

@grogu_shib I don't think that Din would fight nature, he'd want to stay with grogu to protect him as much as he can while he's still young (relative to his species).

The only way I could see this happening is if Din is captured and frozen, and grogu goes on a long rescue quest like Ahsoka.
