@tferriss I'd vote for whatever outcome keeps heavy hitter people coming. One example: Jensen Huang was on Rogan recently. Loved it, but the whole time I was imagining how a Tim flavored version of it would be and the amount of value you would bring to so many thru your line of questioning

@darkosupe Secretly love when my son gets up super early. Great way to get father son bonding time and watch the sunrise! And hardly anyone is outside around 6, so it makes for some peaceful walks

-15 minute media break as a reward for getting a goal done (multiple times a day)
-Greasing the grove (Pavel style) on an exercise. Somehow the 30 seconds it should take turns into 5 or 10 minutes of doing nothing

@tannerslays I handle my mental load like a budget, so everyday I pick from one of the options below:

1 very large and complicated task
2 largish tasks
1 medium and 2 small tasks
4 smaller tasks

If fresh - do complicated things. If brain dead - do easy things to recover. Never do nothing

@tferriss Wife and I got the same advice from a friend. Shortly after, my wife was pregnant and now we have a wonderful baby boy. If you find the right person, and you're both not too terribly self centered, then it's the simplest and best to get straight to it
