With their loss tonight, the Los Angeles Dodgers are eliminated from the 2026 Postseason.

There will be a new World Series champion in 2026.

@mattreevesLA @Hunter_Marvel05 Wishing you all the best, Mr. Reeves. Take care of yourself and we look forward to your return, however long it takes. No matter what happens, we will be there on February 18, 2028.

[Matt Reeves @mattreevesLA]

Just to be clear, I am not leaving The Batman Part II. I am profoundly grateful to Steven for coming to my aid during this challenging time to help me finish principal photography. Thank you to all for your concern and well wishes. 🦇

[DiscussingFilm @DiscussingFilm]

Steven Soderbergh is set to direct the remainder of ‘THE BATMAN: PART 2’.

Him and Reeves will work together and remain in communication until filming has ended, with Reeves taking over post-production duties when ready.

@Paul_Rakszawski @policegal @JimSalisbury215 @NBCSPhilly Cotham has also turned Luzardo into a borderline ace in just 2 seasons. His results with Wheeler, Sanchez, and Ranger speak for themselves too. If anyone on the current coaching staff deserves to keep their job, it’s Cotham without a doubt.

[Jim Salisbury @JimSalisbury215]

Phillies will move on from hitting coach Kevin Long and infield coach Bobby Dickerson, according to sources. More coming at @NBCSPhilly

[Cam @SpiderCam27_]

@NBCSPhilly HOLY SHIT, SOME GOOD NEWS!

[Cam @SpiderCam27_]

Fine, I guess. But this is certainly better than that cheater Alex Cora, who Dombrowski is obsessed with for some reason.

Now can we make some legit roster and coaching changes?

Phillies sign manager Don Mattingly to two-year deal through 2028.

[Xavier Mendoza @GodzillaMendoza]

I genuinely love how much every character just treats Agent Spider like Spider-Man and how he's written exactly like Peter Parker. The costume and the name are completely utilitarian, it's just him otherwise.

i love when shows change the intro for one episode cuz of smt that happens in the plot

[Cam @SpiderCam27_]

@spidermanias I feel the same way. Loved the first season and am looking forward to season 2. But then Spider-Gwen kills some of my excitement. It’s annoying that Peter seemingly cannot have any solo adventures anymore. There’s always gotta be a spider person or two thrown in there.

[Cam @SpiderCam27_]

If the Eagles didn’t fucking suck and were a functional football team, they would be 4-1 right now.

Its honestly frustrating to watch the Bills and almost every other team make running a competent offense look so damn easy.

[Cam @SpiderCam27_]

@fuckfuckd4rh Shipping Peter and Jean is just so random to me.

[Cam @SpiderCam27_]

@YFNArachnidY Did they ever even say Jean’s age? All they say is she’s a teenager.

[Cam @SpiderCam27_]

@Larryaponte97 See, I agree with you there. They had great chemistry together and I would be interested in Jean teaming up with Spidey in the future. Presumably after she’s joined the X-Men and her relationship with Cyclops is established.
