Went to donate a bunch of my old clothes and books etc and the bag the holding my books burst open, books falling all over the parking lot. 2 homeless men came rushing to help me out and take the books to the center, we had a small conversation and they had both mentioned how they’d been trying to get a job (1 after the military and the other abusive household) I didn’t have cash to give to them unfortunately but I was at least able to help by buying them new clothes and food. I wish them the best.
