Can we have fair exams when areas dominated by #ChinKuki tribes of Manipur have hardened terrorists roaming freely, even inside school campuses which are often utilised as Examination centres?

Can you provide the security for the candidates, invigilators et al? Can a fair competition be ensured? These hardened terrorists can easily compromise with the security of strong room that keeps question papers!
