I grew up eating this, and in fact it has been my favourite veggie (in the #Philippines, it is a #vegetable) - usually 'free' from the neighbor's yard or free to the neighbors from your yard.

Only until the last few years when moringa (#malunggay in #Filipino) was 'discovered' by the world as "miracle tree" did I realize that this "poor man's vegetable" likely contributed so much to the strength of my mind, body, and spirit. #moringa
