@arrivaessex Sent an fare enquiry via webform on 22nd Oct with follow up 28th Oct. Still no adequate reply. Any idea why it is taking so long for what I assumed would be a simple query?
@BarclaysUKHelp Watford High Street. Do you have a direct number? It's already taken ages. had to wait 2 weeks for appointment. so 6 weeks in total now
@BarclaysUKHelp took in docs but was not able to claim money instead had new account opened. was implied that money would be moved over rather more quickly.
@BarclaysUKHelp & it's not "lost" I have the account details and past statements. and a letter stating "you can claim your money at any time... (see photo).
@BarclaysUKHelp No. Or, I didn't get a copy if she did. I got a printout of some fiche account details and she has written a number starting DOR... on it.
@BarclaysUKHelp Why does it take so long? I've provided ID and old statements & account was on system. Surely it could be a more straightforward process.
@BarclaysUKHelp thanks. it was regarding the account but tbf she didn't seem familiar with dormant accounts so if it will take 3 months I will wait a little
@BarclaysUKHelp Hi Dylan, I went into branch on 5/4. I have number starting DOR for account. Branch adviser said she'd call back on 13/4 but hasn't. Thanks
