@patelsahil2002@zarefel1 They scored 70 in a half with 3 made 3’s. Teams inevitably go cold and when Philly gets to run in transition they will produce tons of points. When they get into the bonus the half-court offense will also be very hard to stop. The floor even on bad shooting nights is very high.
@patelsahil2002@zarefel1 LeBron played objectively very well in the 2025 playoffs. He was a horrendous fit with Luka since all their skillsets overlapped. 2026 his 2nd option was Luke Kennard and he was forced to self create which just isn’t his game anymore. This Philly team doesn’t need 3P volume.
@RK_DRAFT Why is age 42 LeBron so underrated by nerd twitter. He is one of the best passers and transition scorers in the entire league. He‘a not a superstar anymore but still a high impact player. Philly wasn’t considered a contender until he signed.
@Klubbermeister@skraxxy The Warriors were unable to retain their superteam because of the cap. The Chiefs had to trade Tyreek Hill because of the cap. Don’t know anything about hockey.
@KeatonianB8787@HunterNadzan@johnsaponaro It’s anti cap people that refuse to understand this. I’ve seen so many people say “Why does football have less parity if salary cap good! This proves no cap better!” Just because superstars are less impactful in baseball doesn’t mean they’re not still impactful.
@johnsaponaro I mean what you’ve said couldn’t be less relevant to the conversation. The fact you can’t stand the deck after you pay your franchise QB is why those teams aren’t completely unbeatable and we had a Seahawks Patriots Super Bowl last year.
@2009trashman@pulloutheliluzi@fuzzyfromyt@jayhaykid The teams that just made the World Series would blow the Dodgers/Yankees out of the park if it just came down to their drafting/development. And that’s what actually determines if ur a good organization. Not how rich ur owner happens to be.
@2009trashman@pulloutheliluzi@fuzzyfromyt@jayhaykid The best run organizations would literally benefit from a salary cap. It would prioritize drafting and development more than free agency. You are just objectively wrong. It would be an even playing field where whatever team makes the best financial decisions will prevail.
@jimfurtado@JoeOfSector2814 No it’s not they’re just completely different sports lmao. A star QB does exponentially more for an NFL team than 2 superstar bats do for an MLB team. Which is why even when the Yankees and Dodgers hoard every superstar player, it doesn’t always result in rings.
@hullonhockey@_W1II_ Oh yes the Pirates should just increase their revenue by 300% and start spending like the Dodgers. Why did they not think of this? You are an actual genius.
@xwOBA11@FilterVaccine The Knicks literally gave 4 players near max contracts they obviously were not gonna be able to keep all of them? Nothing about this is surprising or unfair?
@2009trashman@pulloutheliluzi@fuzzyfromyt@jayhaykid Yeah? And what is unfair about this? Every team is on the same playing field? Every team is unable to retain every good player? So teams that make the right moves, will win! That’s how sports work! 😂😂😂 The Chiefs literally traded Tyreek Hill and won 2 straight superbowls?
