Oh hello Twitter, it’s starting to smell like football season. Season 2 premier of the Practice Squad Podcast soon? 🧐

[Christopher N @SpikeOnTheMicFF]

Not like I was the biggest Darnold supporter of all the Jets fans but now that he’s goneI have the worst FOMO. I hope we aren’t messing this up. In Douglas We Trust

[Christopher N @SpikeOnTheMicFF]

Win or lose, filling out a bracket that didn’t include Duke was already fulfilling enough

[Christopher N @SpikeOnTheMicFF]

Just like the Jets to hype that they had a free agency update to find out that they signed a punt team gunner. When will I learn to stop being excited and expect something big

[Christopher N @SpikeOnTheMicFF]

Let the NFL legal tampering begin! Can’t wait to be disappointed!

[Christopher N @SpikeOnTheMicFF]

@CMoshinskieFF Anything for Kenny

[Christopher N @SpikeOnTheMicFF]

With most of the top wrs being tagged (as expected), Kenny Golladay is likely about to become a very rich man as he will be the top wr talent to hit the market

[Christopher N @SpikeOnTheMicFF]

@Ericp29 In the end Smith will prob be more consistent because he’s quick off the line and runs smooth routes. I worry waddle becomes a one trick pony like so many other speedsters although I loved watching him play. Waddle makes highlight plays but slight edge to Smith

[Christopher N @SpikeOnTheMicFF]

@Ericp29 I’ve been trying to figure this out as an Alabama fan. I do worry about Smith size a bit at the next level although he has drawn AJ green weight comparisons when he entered. I think Waddle is the explosive electrifying option but worry about his ankle a bit

[Christopher N @SpikeOnTheMicFF]

@CMoshinskieFF @NYM_NYR @PracticeSquadFF Leveon Bell is of course the most prominent example. Hasn’t exactly worked out for him in the long run

[Christopher N @SpikeOnTheMicFF]

@NYM_NYR @PracticeSquadFF @CMoshinskieFF They can negotiate a long term deal with their team if tagged but that deadline is mid July. If not signed long term by then, they must play under the franchise tag for that team or not sign the tender and not play at all. They have until week 10ish to sign or must sit for year

[Christopher N @SpikeOnTheMicFF]

@NYM_NYR @PracticeSquadFF @CMoshinskieFF Unfortunately no. They can negotiate into their contract that they cannot be franchise tagged but most players won’t get that luxury added unless they are an established vet

[Christopher N @SpikeOnTheMicFF]

Step 1 for Jalen Hurts being a top 10 fantasy QB this season:
Trade Wentz ✔️

[Christopher N @SpikeOnTheMicFF]

It’s been a great year one and will only get better going forward!

Jets get Saleh, Yanks get DJ, Isles shut out Rangers. What a good 24 hr period for my teams. NY sports haven’t felt this hopeful in a long time
