@AskNationwide hello there, I've been on hold for 50 minutes waiting for your "Visa Dispute team".. Will they actually pick up? I think it is unfair to keep customers waiting on hold for almost an hour.

@AskNationwide Yes I spoke to an advisor, they transferred me. First time 21 mins hold time then cut me off. Second call is now almost 50 minutes in duration and still waiting. I've spent so long on the phone, this seems crazy
