@CAASCO The service has been distasteful and there's no courtesy. I understand that there are wait times for service but waiting nearly 6 hours to tow a vehicle is unacceptable. 6 hours and counting

@CAASCO now it's been 5 and 1/2 hours. They reinstated the call at 12:14 p.m. still no tow for the vehicle. The service has gone downhill. They're blaming weather but the initial time I called the weather was fine. Even now the weather is still not too bad

Nobody notified me to let me know that it was canceled. I have to call them. The lady had said that in the policy you have to be a CAA member with the vehicle for it to be towed. @CAASCO It's also by discretion, especially if you have instructions
