@BinanceUShelp Please have someone respond to me in my original ticket email chain ASAP. Cause the only responses I get are from scammers posing as Binance telling me I have to pay them. It is a similar email address but different. People are being scammed

@BinanceUShelp You have sent me that same reply 5 times since November and no one has EVER emailed me back. I suggest nobody ever puts any money with Binance. They are terrible with no customer service & will just take your money & then never reply to you

@BinanceUS ticket 1779302 you messed up my account way back in October & it has not been fixed. No response since 11/15. Even then just said “its being looked into”. You took $10,000+ of my money from me and need to give it back to me ASAP!!! Next step is legal action against you

@BinanceUShelp @BinanceUS Got an email back after two weeks but no different than the generic one I got originally two weeks ago. “We are looking further into this issue as explained previously.”You cant play around with peoples money like this for weeks at a time. You need to get this fixed ASAP
