@TELUSsupport just spoke to Ounayna at support and she was not the type of customer service person I’ve encountered in the 26 years of dealing with Telus - telling me that she had no clue what’s going on and just be patient - that’s a helluva support team!!!

@TELUSsupport Well you’re working for Telus - of course it works for you - I’m trying to manage an Xmas gathering and get the internet up for a video so I don’t have time to do your job as I’ve already been on hold for over 90 minutes - when is this going to be fixed 2 hours 2 days??

@TELUSsupport @TELUSsupport I can’t even get past the first page to confirm the outage because it tells me to use WiFi for more accurate location and if I had WiFi would I even be reporting anything ??!!!

@MamaBeFrugal @MdBreathe I agree - I was told to avoid Tylenol when I was pregnant over 30 years ago so I’m surprised a doctor, no less, has never heard of this - many drugs are not recommended during pregnancy including caffeine so don’t see anything conspiratorial about this - just common sense?
