Powering into the final stretches! Mike, Mark and Tom bringing it home.. Will @john_w_lazar make a guest appearance?

Down to the last 3 hours. Mike's on now for an "endurance" session, then Mark and finally Tom. #ilovemifitness

Recommendation: if you expend more than twice your recommended calorie intake in nine hours, don't sleep on an empty stomach @StarfishUK

Some great effort being made at the @StarfishUK 24hr spinning marathon! Please donate at http://t.co/tweHNlcO3D to help AIDS orphans.

This is getting serious; Joe, then Mike, are doing maps!

Mike's nearly finished his 3rd stint, with Dynamo Joe up next.

Last to start, first to finish, and now time to go home @StarfishUK

The Sun's up, GNF still going strong. Only 10 hours to go #GoBilenGo

So far: Mark 4, Bilen 3, Mike 2, Tom 2, Joe 1. We'll be even by the end I'm sure!

There is a special circle of hell reserved for spin instructors that play yodeling and 15 minute classical pieces to the 4am crowd.

[Going nowhere fast @SpinGNF]

Bilen's going strong!
