Russia struck a passenger train from Odessa to Dnipro with a drone. The driver and assistant driver were killed.
Passengers were evacuated.

For everyone not very well familiar with Ukrainian cities, in EU that would be an equivalent of a terrorist attack on a train from Munich to Frankfurt (population is the same).

The man was seriously injured.

Russian troops stage this kind of human safari in Ukraine every day. It's hard to believe this is possible in Europe in the 21st century.

Russian state propaganda claimed there are no important military targets in Kyiv and that Russia is attacking the Ukrainian capital with missiles to put pressure on the civilian population.

The Russians claim they are launching missiles for media effect, to frighten Ukrainians into surrendering.

They can't defeat the military on the front lines, so they are fighting civilians.

This is terrorism.

Russians are attacking Kyiv with missiles. Dozens of strikes at random locations – residential buildings, shopping centers, streets.

There are numerous fires and destruction. There are wounded and dead civilians.

These attacks have no military sense . Just terror

Щодо нічної атаки на Київ.

Сьогодні під час ударів по нашій столиці сигнал тривоги дали вже після перших вибухів.

Найімовірніше це повʼязано із тим, що росіяни били не балістичними ракетами "Іскандер", а зенітними ракетами з комплексів С-400.

При наземних атаках ці ракети гірше виявляються радарами та мають значне кругове імовірне відхилення. Простіше кажучи, бʼють не по цілях, бо дуже неточні.

Жодного військового сенсу в таких атаках нема. Це терор заради терору.

Смерть російським окупантам.

4 people killed, 13 injured in Russian airstrike on the Kramatorsk community.

Russian forces dropped seven guided aerial bombs on Kramatorsk and Bilenke. One bomb hit an apartment building, another a store, while the rest struck residential areas. Among the dead is a 14-year-old child. Rescue operations are ongoing, and the toll may rise. 💔🇺🇦

A glimpse from 2022.

A refugee family from Kherson whom I helped with translation in the city hall (young mom and dad + 2 kids) told me how they went through.
Their neighbors were killed when trying to leave by car to the Ukrainian side.
So the only option was via Russia, which meant filtration.
The mom and the kids went easily.
The dad had to endure questioning by FSB, in which he pretended to be extremely apolitical.
A man before him was taken away and was never seen again. At the time, there were multiple occasions when people were just shot or put in torture basements, or imprisoned in an unknown prison in Russia with no means to communicate to their family they were alive.

The stories shocking the Western public right now have been around ever since 2014. Same stories. Hundreds of them.
