What do you consider yourself educated, but not knowledgeable about? I’ll go first - baking bread . I have read my moms recipe, watched her do it, even helped! I can even watch YouTube tutorials…but I still don’t know “When it feels right”. 🤦🏼‍♀️ #KnowledgeIsPower #Reiki

@MindHaste I take it seriously now. When I was young, intellectually I understood, “Take care of your body, it’s the only place you have to live.” Now, I fully comprehend the scope of that statement. Now, I take mind, body & spirit health seriously. It’s self-preservation. #SelfCare
