Today, I emailed EA CEO Andrew Wilson, asking him to reconsider the future of Mass Effect and BioWare.

With over 20,000 signatures on the #SaveMassEffect petition, I hope our voices will be heard.

I've attached my letter below.

I'm working on bringing together Mass Effect fans, modders, artists and developers to preserve BioWare's legacy and potentially build a community-driven spiritual successor. It's very early days, but I refuse to let everything these games stood for disappear. #SaveMassEffect ❤️

@yahoowallawalla Every little helps!

[SpiritTheWalf @SpiritTheWalf]

@yahoowallawalla We have to hope they need money bad enough to sell it, or license it

Check my profile, I'm attempting to throw together a team to rebuild what it should have been! As well as trying to get a central place for #SaveMassEffect

[Alex O'Connor @AOConnorAuthor]

I have to say it. Please @XBOX @asha_shar, save @bioware and @masseffect.

I asked whether EA would reconsider development, consider licensing or selling the Mass Effect IP, or allow former BioWare developers to share more about their work.

We're not asking for a rushed game.

We're simply asking for Mass Effect to have a future.

@WeAreMassEffect Over 20,000 now!

A BioWare dev on reddit leaked a Mass Effect 5 trailer... it's called MASS EFFECT UNIVERSE and it's fucking gorgeous. I'm crying. This is everything I wanted. They were a lot farther than we thought. FUCK EA

[SpiritTheWalf @SpiritTheWalf]

@sydneythesd @Mark_Meer I have a discord server pinned in my profile for anyone that wants to get involved, please share, the more attention this gets, the better!
Hopefully someone up high sees it and spreads the word!
