Kudos to @SHADOW_NFT15. I believe him and the rest of the team are doing the best for @LegacyWeb3io community.
The only way to grow is to adapt and change.
Is DeFi Cooked?
In less than three weeks, crypto protocols have lost over $600 million to exploits.
Not over a year. Not a quarter. Three weeks.
Two huge hacks led the charge.
On April 1, @DriftProtocol, Solanaโs biggest perps exchange lost $285 million in 12 minutes. No code vulnerability. The attackers spent months socially engineering the multisig signers into pre-signing governance transactions they didnโt understand. Two compromised signers out of five was all it took. Admin control seized, fake collateral deposited, vaults drained. Done!
Then yesterday, @KelpDAO rsETH bridge was drained for $292 million, now the largest DeFi exploit of 2026. One spoofed cross-chain message through LayerZero. 116,500 rsETH gone to an attacker-controlled address in a single call. The emergency multisig paused the protocol 46 minutes later, blocking another $100 million attempt but the damage was already done.
@aave froze rsETH markets. AAVE dropped 10%. Wrapped ETH stranded across 20 chains.
These arenโt isolated incidents. At least a dozen other protocols got picked clean in the same window.
The pattern is always the same.
- Bridges with no real validation
- Multisigs with no timelocks
- Social engineerings that take months of patience.
The uncomfortable truth is that a lot of what we call DeFi is still one compromised key away from zero.
Short term itโs panic, frozen markets, TVL fleeing, token dumps. Medium term itโs eroded trust. Capital moves to cold storage or TradFi. The โfuture of financeโ narrative takes another hit.
Long term itโs either forced evolution or slow death.
Protocols that refuse to implement real timelocks, on-chain governance with teeth, and genuinely decentralized bridges will bleed users until theyโre irrelevant. Or the constant nine-figure losses invite the regulatory crackdown DeFi was built to escape.
DeFi isnโt cooked. But itโs being stress-tested hard right now.
The question is whether the sector earns the right to survive this, or just keeps handing attackers the keys and calling it decentralization.
Whatโs your read? Is this what makes DeFi antifragile, or are we watching a slow bleed out??
1k+ registration few hours @wallchain Introduced Wallchain Select.
AI-targeted creator campaigns. They mentioned its 6x better results than manual selection.
Creators get paid more for niche audiences in stables
I think a small account with the right followers can beats a big one with generic reach.

Tons of projects use their community to gain traction, then totally sideline them at TGE.
Then they crime pump their token 10x after TGE, making money on perps and by dumping team allocations on CEXs.
Terrible trend, but I fear we're gonna see more of this as teams realize that what they're building is inherently worthless, and their token will go to zero before they can cash out if they follow the traditional path
The fastest way to lose $100k in Korea is to activate some KOLs.
That phrase is the tell. It means the team has already decided how this works before they understand how Korea actually works.
Here's what they think they're buying:
> Access to creators
> Posts from those creators
> Engagement from those posts
> Signups from that engagement
Four clean steps.
Transactional, Measurable, Familiar.
None of it is how the market moves.
โ
Korean market entry with KOLs has
> ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐น๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป โ which specific creators fit this specific project
> ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐ป๐ด โ the order coverage unfolds in over 6-8 weeks
> ๐๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ป โ the structure that gets creators posting again without only being paid to (pay your creators)
> ๐๐๐น๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐น๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป โ rebuilding positioning for a Korean audience instead of translating it
> ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ผ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด โ tracking Korean market trends and conditions weekly to time every push
All 5 are required. Each one compensates for the blind spots of the others. Miss two and you stall. Miss three and nobody in Korea will care about you.
Most teams cover one of the 5. Sometimes two. Here's how they end up there.
The default move is an in-house hire. A Korean speaking ops person. Someone with KOL relationships.
One hire, One salary, Region covered.
That hire covers piece 1 of the 5 at best. No single person runs selection, sequencing, incentive design, cultural translation, and macro reading simultaneously.
Every service provider in this market works from roughly the same list of Korean KOLs sitting in a Google Drive somewhere:
> Some have direct relationships with the creators
> Some hired a research team that built the sheet last quarter
> Some have worked with specific creators before
> Most know ๐ด๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฆ ๐ธ๐ฉ๐ฐ ๐ฌ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ด the creators
The list isn't proprietary. Access to Korean KOLs is a commodity.
What's proprietary is operational depth across all 5 pieces of the stack. That's the entire ballgame.
โ
Three of the 5 pieces almost nobody handles correctly:
A tier-one DeFi creator covering a gaming project looks forced. A creator covering anything outside their focus reads as paid.
Korean audiences pattern-match creator-to-project fit within a post or two. Wrong fit turns your coverage into an advertisement instead of a discovery.
The right selection matches editorial voice to project, not follower count to budget.
An 8-creator drop in one day is how teams convince themselves they ran a campaign. Audiences read it as a coordinated paid push and discount every post in the sequence.
Real sequencing looks boring:
> Creator one posts
> Time passes
> Creator two picks it up from a different angle
> Niche channels start forwarding both
> Creator three adds their take
Each post earns the amplification of the next. Your taget audience sees this unfold and reads it as organic diffusion vs some agency choreography.
A creator paid for one post produces one post.
A creator given tokens they have to stake, trade, or use on the platform produces content about real experiences. Features they tested, friction they hit, details no brief could have written for them.

Here's the diagnostic that separates operators from access sellers.
If you're evaluating a service provider, or questioning whether your in-house hire is doing the work, skip "who do you have access to." Everyone has access in a way.
Ask this instead:
Vague answer = access seller.
Specific answer with category-fit logic, sequencing reasoning, and incentive structure = operator.
Activating KOLs isn't a switch. It's a 5-part stack.
Budget the rest accordingly.

No TGE! Go home to your families
TL;DR:
- $SEA token launch delayed beyond March 30, 2026, due to challenging crypto market conditions and a focus on a perfect rollout.
- Ending reward waves; the current one is the last.
- Offering optional refunds of retained platform fees from waves 3-6 (Treasures from those waves will be forfeited if refunded).
- Existing Treasures will be honored by the Foundation at the token generation event (TGE), separate from historical activity allocations.
- Implementing 0% token trading fees on OpenSea for 60 days starting March 31, 2026, followed by a more competitive fee system.
- Postponing the March 30 event but planning a separate one soon for product updates, including mobile app rollout.
- No new specific timeline yet; will be announced deliberately when ready.
