This world feels increasingly dystopian to me, I can't understand it. We grew up learning about the Holocaust, the Rwanda genocide & hearing 'never again'. Yet here we are, an apartheid & genocide. 55k Palestinians killed 70k children severely malnourished

Sometimes when I meditate I connect into my energetic body. This is what it feels like:

I am a ball of energy which is in flux. There are areas which flow more freely and others where the energy feels a bit stuck. I feel all of this yet I'm aware this energy overlaps.. (1/2)
