This is Stuart Campbell of @WingsScotland , who shortly after the killing of Brianna Ghey, intentionally misgendered Brianna (many times) just to inflict as much harassment and distress to those expressing grief as he could.

If the police made an error in law, that’s grounds for a JR. The police rely on 999/1000 people not having the wherewithal or energy to challenge them.

@IndiaWilloughby The judge in the application, took great interest in the ‘unwritten policy to exclude the trans community’ regarding our reports of online crimes and the police refusal to action ANY of them since 2019.

If we use FOIA to prove this, it is firm grounds for a JR under PSED.
