David Blythe

Grumpy old man (but a nice chap really😉) - Model making nerd - Spitfire admirer (especially ML407 - which I’ve flown in 🥰)

[David Blythe @SpitfireIX]

@Defasapost @WhoppitThe @prmikes @bluebirdk7 @alpinoservices I’m Spartacus 😂

[David Blythe @SpitfireIX]

@WhoppitThe @bluebirdk7 Do you REALLY mean you can’t see the discourtesy of calling anyone, anywhere by just their surname in such a provocative way?🙄😳

[David Blythe @SpitfireIX]

@ink_lotus @ilovenostalgia I quite enjoyed it as a daily job .. but then I’m weird like that 🙄😊🤓

[David Blythe @SpitfireIX]

@prmikes @bluebirdk7 @WhoppitThe @alpinoservices Easy .. they don’t like Bill .. pure and simple .. 🙄😳
That’s all it’s about - in essence .. worse than children in a playground 🤔🤨

[David Blythe @SpitfireIX]

@bluebirdk7 @WhoppitThe Yes I’m sure we’d all like to know exactly when these alleged ‘face to face’ discussions took place .. what was agreed and what was ‘back tracked on’ ..
We await your timely response .. with evidence ..
Thanks .. on behalf of us all 👍😊

[David Blythe @SpitfireIX]

Israel - Palestine - Iran - Russia - Northern Ireland etc etc

[David Blythe @SpitfireIX]

@80s_Kidz Swapshop every time 👍
Tiswas relied too much on silent film slapstick, inane silliness and 6th form school humour .. not my cup of tea at all 😉😊

[David Blythe @SpitfireIX]

@ilovenostalgia Common sense 🙄😳

[David Blythe @SpitfireIX]

@NadineDorries Surely you are just describing all politicians.
Nobody in Whitehall knows how we down at the sharp end live, what it’s like to live hand to mouth, what it’s like to struggle, especially billionaire Sunak and Eton jokes like Rees-Mogg and Boris et al ..I’m not voting anymore 🤔🙄

[David Blythe @SpitfireIX]

@Elvin_Unleashed @ilovenostalgia 27. Watched the white dot in the middle of the screen on your black and white TV disappear when you turn it off…

[David Blythe @SpitfireIX]

@Classicbritcom I think ‘Don’t tell him Pike’ is an absolutely genius line .. hats off to the script writers.. and to the way it was delivered by Arthur Lowe 👏👏👏👏😊👍

[David Blythe @SpitfireIX]

@MrJamesMay Daft to go there in the first place 🙄
#allownfault 😂🤣

[David Blythe @SpitfireIX]

@ilovenostalgia 31🙄😊… and did you know that nostalgia is a thing of the past 🙄😊🤓

[David Blythe @SpitfireIX]

@ilovenostalgia You had THREE channels 😳😳 I was brought up with ONE … then another was added so we had TWO..
But THREE .. now that was luxury … you were well off 🙄😊🤣

[David Blythe @SpitfireIX]

@Peston What do you say to an adult autistic son who has one skill only, that of being a highly professional magician, and who CANNOT work in any other profession because of his particular condition ‘you must find other work’ ??? He CANNOT, not WILL NOT, CANNOT work! It’s a minefield!!!

[David Blythe @SpitfireIX]

@YesterdaysBrit1 What did you expect, it’s a monstrous balloon that’s inflating out of control. We are ALL here pumping air into, children are being brought up to rely on it, believe it, and have FOMO (Fear of missing out) so follow it 🤔😳
As balloons do, I believe one day it WILL burst!!

[David Blythe @SpitfireIX]

@bo66ie29 Simple really .. it’s bloody uncomfortable, restrictive and hot .. I spent 35 years wearing a suit and tie … but NO more … retired and comfortable, unrestricted and cool 👍😉😊🤣
