As Sir @chrishoy doesn't want to answer me, does anyone know how to build muscle mass back after diagnosed with terminal cancer and 4 rounds of Chemo? Also it's getting harder to walk with nerve damage in my right foot, also a Chemo effect. Any help/ideas appreciated
