Request you to kindly update Customer care nos on your website and other social media platforms as there is no way to directly contact you n explain our issues . Today my booking got canceled even after doing the payment. To check about my refund there is no way. I tried calling on few nos which I got from Google but still not reachable.surprisingly somebody called me saying he is from agora n asked me to put phone on speaker n open WhatsApp n they have sent some file , n asked me to open that file . How do I rely on somebody non verified no for support n open that file. It could hack my phone as well so I disconnected that
