Building @Revluma, AI that finds where your ecom store is bleeding revenue | Cart recovery, predict & prevent churn, retention & conversion for Shopify & WooCom

[Splendor Benjamin @SplendorBen]

Most ecommerce stores have the same problem

They know what happened.
Revenue dropped.
Carts abandoned.
Customers didn't return.
They don't know why.

Not because the data isn't there.
Because nothing connects it, explains it, and tells them what to do next and drive revenue growth

That's the gap Revluma is built to close.
We're building an AI intelligence layer for Shopify and WooCommerce stores that:
— Finds where revenue is leaking
— Explains why it's happening
— Tells you what to do next
— And actually helps you do it

We're in early testing.
If you run an ecommerce store and this sounds like your problem:
DM/Comment "STORE" and I'll get you early access

You’re a startup going head to head with a trillion dollar company. What’s your actual strategy?

@mitansh_j07 Yes really.... we've been patiently building towards this moment....💯🎉

[Splendor Benjamin @SplendorBen]

We finally got our first real Revluma user

And Shopify immediately humbled us😭

We’ve been building Revluma while bootstrapping from basically nothing.

No massive budget.
No 10,000 merchants waiting in line.

Just us building, talking to store owners, fixing things, and trying to get the first few businesses to actually use what we built.

Then it happened
A Shopify store owner tried to connect Revluma to his store.

He went through the installation flow.

And then...

Shopify said: “Absolutely not.” 💀

The store owner got hit with:

“This app can't be installed yet. The app developer needs to select a distribution method first.”

And I'm not even mad at Shopify.

Because this is exactly what building a real product looks like.

You can spend weeks building the intelligence layer, the analytics, the recovery systems, the customer insights...

Then your first actual user finds the one thing you somehow didn't discover until production.

😂

But here's the part I love.

He actually wanted to use Revluma.

He wasn't looking at a demo.
He wasn't reading a landing page.
He was actually trying to connect it to his store.

That's a completely different feeling.

So now we're fixing it.
We're working through Shopify's app distribution requirements, tightening the installation flow, testing the permissions, and making sure the next store owner doesn't hit the same wall.
And we're documenting the process.

Because Revluma isn't being built in a vacuum.

We're building it with real merchants.

The goal is simple:

Connect to the tools they already use.

Understand what's happening across their store.

Find where revenue is leaking.

Identify what is changing.

Detect customers at risk of leaving.

Surface what deserves attention first.

Then turn all that fragmented data into an actual decision.

Not another dashboard full of numbers.

“Here is what changed. Here is why it matters. Here is what you should do next.”

We're still early.

We're still bootstrapping.

We're still going to hit walls.

But now there's a real Shopify merchant on the other side of the product trying to use it.

And honestly?

That's one of the biggest milestones we've had so far.

If you're running a Shopify store and want to see what Revluma can find across your business, we're currently onboarding a small group of early merchants for free.

Comment REVLUMA or DM me REVLUMA.

If you want to follow the build from the messy side, follow along.

We're just getting started. 🚀
And shoutout to our first Revluma user, Walid, for actually trusting us enough to test this with his store 🙌

[Splendor Benjamin @SplendorBen]

I thought we were one step away from launching this ecom store.

I was wrong fr😭

After helping this guy diagnose his completely stuck Shopify store, we moved to the next step:

Build the new store properly.

Then I saw what he had built.

No proper reviews.
No trust system.
Weak product presentation.
Almost no visual hierarchy.
No real customer journey.
Poor mobile experience.
No proper store setup.
No motion or interaction to make the product feel real.

And the biggest problem?
A first time visitor would probably look at the store for 10 seconds and think:
“Yeah… this looks like another dropshipping scam”

Even though the guy genuinely wants to build a real business.
So I told him:
“Don't waste money sending traffic to this yet”
I offered to connect him with someone in my network who builds premium Shopify experiences for serious companies

Then we got to the uncomfortable part.

He couldn't afford it.

Not because he didn't want to.

He literally doesn't have up €50 budget to start this business

And his rent is due in about a month💀

That's when I realized something:

I've been thinking about product research, ads and Revluma...

But we're not even ready to send a single customer to this store yet.

There is no point finding the perfect product if the store destroys the conversion.

No point running great ads if the landing experience kills trust.

No point bringing 10,000 visitors if we don't understand where they're dropping off

So now I'm looking for a solution.

I may have to find a Shopify developer who can help us build this properly without charging agency-level money

And this is where REVLUMA eventually comes in.

Once the store is live, we're connecting Revluma to the entire operation.

Not just another analytics dashboard.

Revluma connects the signals across the merchant's existing tools and turns them into decisions that drives store growth:

→ Where revenue is leaking
→ Where conversion is breaking
→ Which customers are showing churn risk
→ What is changing in the business
→ Which customers are worth retaining
→ Where recovery opportunities exist
→ What deserves attention first
→ What action should be tested next
→ Helps merchants concentrate in one tool instead of juggling between 5 different dashboards

The goal is simple:

Less guessing. Less operational work. More recovered revenue.

And over time, Revluma should help merchants recover lost revenue, prevent avoidable churn and increase customer lifetime value by turning fragmented business data into actions.

But first...

We need to get this damn store built. 😂

So here's the ask:

If you're a Shopify developer who can build genuinely premium ecommerce "Shopify" stores, I want to see your work.
Drop your portfolio, previous Shopify projects and your rate below or DM me.
I'm looking for someone who understands that a Shopify store isn't just a collection of product pages.

And if you already run a Shopify store and you're and want to try out Revluma or you're struggling to understand where your revenue is disappearing:
DM me “REVLUMA”

We're looking for real stores to test Revluma with.
No fake screenshots.
No fake revenue claims.
No “$10k in 7 days” nonsense.
We're building this in public.

And we're starting from zero.....will be dropping more updates tomorrow.....

Drop your Shopify link, we'll give some feedback
Hey everyone! A coworker and I are both web designers/developers, and we've got some time today. We like digging into other people's stores, so we figured we can give some feedback.

Drop your Shopify or website link and we'll go through it and leave some notes on what's working and anything we'd think about differently.

Feel free to drop them, I will keep working through them!

If your comment is getting deleted just DM the link.

[Splendor Benjamin @SplendorBen]

A guy messaged me recently because his Shopify store was completely stuck.

No revenue.
Barely any traffic.
He had already spent money trying to figure it out.

So I asked him for access to the store, I ran a full diagnosis.

I found 7 problems almost immediately:

Bro had no real brand identity. There was no reason for the store to exist beyond selling products.

The products looked like generic dropshipping products with zero differentiation.

Almost no social proof. No real reason for a stranger to trust the store.

The navigation had three items and no real customer journey behind it.

His traffic strategy was basically nonexistent. I tried finding his social pages and some of the links weren't even working.

The store was in Spanish, but the product names were still in English.

There wasn't even a proper email capture mechanism.

Then I looked at the ads.

Bro...

It was an AI-generated video that looked like it was made to sell chatGPT, not a product. 😭

There was no coherent offer, no real creative strategy, and no reason I'd trust the brand enough to buy.

Then I learned something that completely changed how I looked at the situation.

He wasn't some lazy merchant who didn't care about his business.

He genuinely didn't know what he was doing.

He had gotten into ecommerce because of the flashy “build a store and make $10k/month” content everywhere online.

Then he paid for a mentorship that didn't give him the help he actually needed....but actually scammed him

So I'm doing something different.

I'm going to mentor him for FREE.

We're starting from ZERO.

First, we're gonna start with product research, we're going to find a product with actual demand and evergreen in Spain.

Then we're rebuilding the entire brand.

New positioning.
New store.
New product presentation.
New creatives.
New acquisition strategy.
And once the store is ready, we're connecting REVLUMA.

I want to see what happens when Revluma gets access to a real ecommerce business from day one.
It will monitor the signals across the store and help us identify where revenue is being lost, what's changing, which customers are at risk, where conversion is breaking down, what deserves attention first, and what actions we should test.
And I'm documenting the entire thing.

No fake screenshots.
No “I made $100k in 7 days bs"
No rented Lamborghini.

Just a real store, real money, real traffic, real problems and real results.

We're starting from zero.

If you've ever wanted to start ecom but have no idea where to begin, I'm opening a completely FREE mentorship group.

I'll teach you what we're actually doing and you'll be able to follow the entire experiment.
Comment BUILD or DM me BUILD.

And if you already run a store but something feels wrong, I'm also offering FREE store revenue diagnoses.

I'll go through your store, identify the biggest leaks I can find, and tell you what I'd fix first.

Comment AUDIT or DM me AUDIT.

I'll also give selected stores free access to Revluma so we can test it on real businesses.

Follow along.

We're about to find out if we can actually build a profitable ecom brand from zero.
