@dish After 5 calls to customer service, I keep getting the same response…someone from our back office will call you. No timeframe for the return call.

So, my 14 day return is in 8 days and at this point I have ZERO confidence that anyone at Project Genesis knows what to do.

Ordered a hotspot device on March 28, and as of today April 3, I have not had service on this device. Not once, never, at all has it shown anything but “searching”
