MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE:
-offensive player shoots, gets blocked, gets rebound and about to get an easy layup
-ref whistles play dead for goaltending, count the 2pts, possession goes to other team
-several game minutes go by
-goaltending is reviewed, 2pts taken away
-the end

In summary, Wisconsin’s Steven Crowl was about to put in a layup for 2pts, but the refs blew a whistle and gave Iowa the ball.
THATS THE SAME AS IF IN FOOTBALL YOU REVIEWED A TD and SAW THE RUNNER WAS DOWN AT THE 1 SO YOU GIVE THE BALL TO THE DEFENSE
