@UPS this is the 2nd time in a week that one of your drivers has stolen my package. First, they said it was delivered to the locker hub on property. It NEVER WAS! The sender sent a replacement. I went to the locker to retrieve this morning… LOCKER WAS EMPTY! I need answers!

@UPS operations in FAIRBURN, GA need to be investigated immediately! From drivers not delivering packages when they should be and claiming that they “couldn’t get access” WHEN NO ACCESS IS NEEDED, to not delivering packages at all and saying they were delivered!
