The amazing Tremorfa wall mural is just one of the great features of our course. We also have the foot spa, the wind tunnel, and the avenue of trees to name but a few. Come and check out our beautiful park! First timers briefing at 8.50, walk-jog-running starts at 9.00.

@tremorfaparkrun is super friendly, a hidden gem of a park and loads of fun to take part in. You don't even have to run, there is a tail walker every week. Why not pop along and give it a go 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Great to run @tremorfaparkrun this morning. If you're a seasoned runner or just looking to get fitter in Cardiff, this 5k course is a great option - flat, friendly, and fast; a nice blend of parkland, trees, and steelworks!
