@AmericanExpress cancelled our flight today!? No other flights available & we called 4 times and held for a total of 4 hours and got hung up on twice after Holding for more than 2 hours? And no call backs? We are platinum card holders ! There goes our vacation ! Help!

@AmericanExpress omg! Just spent a total of over 4 hours on hold with @AmericanExpress who mistakenly cancelled our flight this am to st Thomas and to make matters worse they hung up on me twice after I held for 2 hours on the last call & now we can’t find a flight for days!?
