A client just told another service I've done nothing to help them. Meanwhile, I'm looking at a report that says I've spent over 60 hours of contact time, case work, and travel time on them this year, and over $1000 in supports 🤔

It has a 30-40% fatality rate, and like Ebola which its symptoms are almost identical to it leaves almost everyone who 'survive' it severely disabled and most will die within 5 years.
It is ALWAYS extremely severe.
