Each week for five weeks we researched an ocean layer (zone) the kids got really excited! We painted our own oceans using real starfish, measured growing sea creatures and explored in the water beads! One group even did a research paper using Google docs!
I can’t believe the year has been moving so quickly!! We have done some really exciting things! Researching the 5 layers of the ocean took all month!! But it was awesome taking our time and becoming experts!! We finished our unit today with oceans in a bottle!
