-His mother used to be rather sickly and required a wheelchair to move around
-Every year on 6 specific occasions, he will go to the graveyard by himself and leave his Pokemon with a sitter to visit the graves of his parents

-Allister is an orphan with no extended family
-The first Ghost Type he ever saw was a Duskull when attending the funeral of his parents
-Despite his parents having passed away when he was 5, he has still to this day not once seen or sensed their spirits
